1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using InviteAndGo (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
InviteAndGo is a software platform that enables users to design digital event invitations, share invitation links, and collect guest RSVP replies across various celebration and gathering categories including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, conferences, dinners, and custom occasions.
3. Account Responsibilities
To create and manage invitations, you must register an account with a valid email address and a secure password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
4. Acceptable Content & Use
You retain ownership of the text, images, and content you upload to your invitations. You represent that you possess all necessary rights to publish your content. You agree not to use the Service to upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing material, or to send unsolicited bulk communications (“spam”).
5. Guest Responses & Public Links
Hosts are responsible for sharing their public invitation links with intended guests. Guests access invitations without creating an account. InviteAndGo stores guest replies solely to make them available to the host.
6. Pricing & Capacity
InviteAndGo offers guest capacity tiers per event. Pricing tiers are presented prior to purchase. Exceeding estimated or purchased capacity does not delete legitimate guest responses, but hosts may be asked to upgrade capacity to accommodate additional guests.
7. Service Availability
InviteAndGo strives to provide reliable access to digital invitations and RSVP management, but does not warrant that the Service will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. Periodic maintenance, updates, or infrastructure provider outages may occur.
8. Intellectual Property
The InviteAndGo software, branding, design system, invitation template layouts, and artwork are the intellectual property of InviteAndGo. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or scrape template source code or layouts without explicit written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InviteAndGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including event schedule changes, guest attendance discrepancies, or telecommunications failures.
